Shipping information e-nema Shop
We only supply nematodes of the highest quality. Each production batch is carefully checked for quality and effectiveness.
Please note that nematodes are living organisms and can be stored for a maximum of 6 weeks in a cool place. We therefore do not recommend buying in bulk!
Private users can purchase our products directly from us, while professional users can obtain our products in larger quantities from specialist retailers. Please contact us at shop@e-nema.de for details of our retail partners.
Delivery times
If the order is placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon, it will usually be dispatched on the same day, but no later than the following working day.

Shipping within Germany
Depending on the product and quantity of nematodes, we ship our nematodes in envelopes, shipping bags or parcels.
We ship the nematodes uncooled and without ice packs. There are several reasons for this: Firstly, ice packs only keep items cool for approx. 10-12 hours and therefore cannot guarantee cooling for the entire shipping period. Accordingly, we have opted for a more resource-efficient shipping method without ice packs. In addition, we have conducted tests that show that nematodes can easily survive up to 5 days without refrigeration. Only at temperatures above 35°C do the nematodes begin to die after 2 days, which reduces their effectiveness.

Delivery is free for orders over 35 €.
Shipping throughout Europe
We use DHL Warenpost International and UPS Express Saver for shipping our products throughout Europe.
DHL Warenpost International
The cost for Warenpost shipping is a flat rate of 5.99 €.
We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
As this shipping method is subject to size and weight restrictions, we can only offer it for orders that meet the following criteria:
- Only for nematode products (no AquaNemix Sprayer and no garden leaf beetle traps)
- Maximum of 4 products per order
Orders that do not meet these criteria will be shipped with UPS or UPS Express Saver.
If you wish to order more than 4 products, it is possible to split your order into several separate orders. This way, you can still benefit from the cheaper shipping conditions.
Please note: Due to temperature differences within Europe, we do not currently offer Warenpost shipping to all countries. Please refer to the list below for the costs for the relevant country of delivery.
